I specialise in overdub recording, such as vocals, guitar, bass, keys and MIDI.


I have just installed a pair of Klein & Hummel O300 monitors, one of only two pairs in China and the only ones in Beijing, as far as I'm aware. These high end speakers are some of the best nearfield monitors ever built.

My recording chain includes world class dynamic and condenser studio microphones and Focusrite and DAV (Decca heritage) preamps.

Please note that at this time I don't have the facilities to record drums or accommodate a
live band, however I can oversee drum sessions at a nearby studio.  

An excellent alternative in many situations is to use the MIDI kit to trigger Addictive
Drums by XLN Audio, which is capable of stunningly realistic drum sounds as well as
crazier noises. Addictive Drums was used all over Avril Lavigne's mutli-platinum album, ‘The Best Damn Thing’.
Recording
